Meet the owners
When you call, you get one of us. When the truck pulls up, it's one of us.
HVAC Doctor has two owners and no subcontractors. The person who hears about your problem is the person who fixes it, and the owner who quotes the job is the owner who does it.

Why we answer our own phone
No dispatcher passing along half the story.
There's no call center between you and the people doing the work. If you have a question afterward, you call the same number and talk to the same owner.
Ahmad and his partner were professional, friendly, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had my system running smoothly in no time.
Why we price the way we do
By the job, not by the hour.
Nobody likes watching the clock while a stranger works in their basement. If a job takes longer than we expected, that's on us, not you.
The diagnostic lets us find the real problem before we quote, and with our online special it's just $39 (regularly $79). Just mention it when you call or text. If you approve the repair, the full $39 is credited toward it. There's no travel surcharge anywhere in our service area.
