Who we are
HVAC Doctor Heating & Air is an owner-operated business in Lexington, Kentucky. Ahmad and Ammar are the owners. Call or text us at (859) 684-3259.
What you send us
When you send a request, you give us your name, phone number and what you need. You can also give us your town and a description. We use these details only to call or text you back and do the work you ask for.
Where it goes
Your request is emailed to the two owners and saved in the website’s database so it can’t get lost. We never sell, rent or share it for anyone’s marketing.
Calls and texts
Calls and texts stay on our phones and are used only for your service.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
Google Analytics counts visits, and Google Ads measures whether ads lead to calls and requests. Both use cookies. When the form is sent, your phone number may be shared with Google in scrambled (hashed) form for ad measurement. We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits.
How long we keep it
We keep your details as long as needed to help you and keep basic business records. Call or text us and we’ll delete your request.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and its date.
