What the two tune-ups cover
The two tune-ups check the whole system, once before cooling season and once before heating season. One of the owners, Ahmad or Ammar, does every visit. No subcontractors.
The cooling tune-up checks refrigerant pressures, superheat and subcooling, the capacitor and contactor, compressor and fan motor amp draw, the outdoor coil, the condensate drain, the blower, electrical connections, the thermostat and the filter.
The heating tune-up checks the full ignition sequence, flame sensor, burners, gas pressure, a visual check of the heat exchanger, the inducer and safety switches, the blower, venting with a carbon monoxide check, the thermostat and the filter. On heat pumps, we also check the defrost control, reversing valve and aux heat.

Who it's for
The Comfort Club fits homeowners who want both tune-ups every year without having to think about it.
It makes the most sense if you have a heat pump, which heats and cools and benefits from both visits. It also suits older systems, where a repair discount is more likely to come in handy, and anyone who'd rather be near the front of the line during the first heat wave or cold snap.
If you only want a tune-up now and then, paying per visit is fine.

Paying per visit can cost a little less in a year when nothing breaks. If you need even one repair, the 20% member discount can close that gap quickly. And to be clear, nobody pays overtime fees with us, member or not.

How much does the Comfort Club cost?
The Comfort Club is $180 a year. That covers two tune-ups, one heating and one cooling, plus 20% off repairs, priority scheduling and no overtime fees. Repairs are still quoted at a firm flat rate before any work starts, with your 20% taken off.
How do I sign up?
Call or text (859) 684-3259, or ask Ahmad or Ammar the next time one of us is at your house. We'll start your membership and schedule your first tune-up for the season that's coming up: spring for cooling or early fall for heating.
What does priority scheduling mean?
When the phones get busy, like the first hot week of summer or the first cold snap of fall, members get scheduled ahead of non-member calls. We're open 24/7 for everyone, but when there's a line, Comfort Club members are at the front of it.
Is the Comfort Club worth it with a heat pump?
A heat pump is the best fit for the club. It heats and cools, so it runs most of the year and benefits from both a spring and a fall tune-up. The heating tune-up on a heat pump also covers the defrost control, reversing valve and aux heat, which are common trouble spots in a Kentucky winter.
What happens if a tune-up finds a problem?
We show you what we found, explain it in plain language and give you a firm, flat-rate price with your 20% member discount already taken off. You decide whether to fix it now, later or not at all. We don't use tune-ups to sell repairs you don't need.
